Type Locality

"Llico i de Valdivia," Chile (Philippi, 1882:627).

Range

Region of Talcahuano southward to the Taitao Peninsula and the Island of Chiloe, and questionably in the Pacific Basin of neighboring Argentina.

Habitat

Lotic (and possible lentic?) situations.
